Description

Fluctuation observables in relativistic heavy ion collisions measured by event-by-event analysis are important observables for the study of thermodynamics in primordial stage. In this talk, I will discuss some problems which have to be considered seriously when one compares the experimental results on fluctuations with theoretical study. In particular, I will discuss (1)non-equilibrium property of fluctuations, (2)finite-volume effects, and (3)effects of non-perfectf efficiency of detectors on the measurement of fluctuations.
Approaches to resolving these problems will also be discussed.
