Guide for Hotel Reservation
- Fill out the reservation form and send to secretariat via fax at +82-53-746-9007 or email (calor2016@gmail.com).
- Your valid credit card is essential to confirm and secure your reservation. Please note that the card information is not for payment, but for guaranteeing your reservation. Due to Korean legislation, payment for accommodation cannot be done directly through the website. You will pay your room at the hotel.
- Receive the reservation confirmation letter by e-mail
Please note:
- The room price is per room per night.
- Rooms will be assigned on a first-come, first-served basis, early reservation is recommendable. After April, 1, room availability and price may not be guaranteed.
- Any changes and cancellation should be requested in writing by e-mail at calor2016@gmail.com.
