Accommodation for participants is pre-booked at the University Hostel in double rooms. The staying price is roughly 36 EUR person per night including taxes.
For hostel payment please use the form. Put "MLHEP: <first name> <last name>" in the "Remittance information:" field. Put "LHCP2016 Guest House" in the "Event:" field. The amount. If you don't have any special requests and will be sharing a double room from 19th to 27th, the total amount is SEK 2688. If you have some confirmed variation please contact Martin Ljunggren for the correct amount.
The room is booked from the 19th to the 27th (checkout before 11 am) by default. If you have any special requests you have not written Martin Ljunggren, please do so, the deadline is the 12th of June. Check in is after 12.00, Martin will be there and distribute keys between 15:00 and 17:00 on the 19th of May. Caterina Doglioni will be there from 22 to 23.
