Conference participants who do not have access to CERN will need to register as short-term visitors on the CERN TH group website: http://ph-dep-th.web.cern.ch/ph-dep-th/?site=content/visitors.html Please click on the link "Visitor Form" and provide all requested information Please answer "no" to the question about financial support, as this site is only used for the purpose of giving access rights to visitors. For the research topic, please enter "Heavy Ion Physics" Under remarks, please write "I am visiting CERN to participate in the WPCF 2009 conference. My contact in CERN TH is Urs Wiedemann." Those participants requiring visas for entry to Switzerland and/or France should specify accordingly on the visitor form.
