The registration fees are in Euro and include conference registration, accommodation including full board, coffee breaks, a conference folder, conference dinner and bus transfers from Innsbruck to Obergurgl on the first day and back to Innsbruck on the last day.
The fees are:
- Category 1 (single room) 975
- Category 2 (half double room with colleague or accompanying person) 825 Euro
- Category 3 (accompanying person) 765 Euro
Note: for Category 2, the colleague who shares the room with you should be registered as well in order to have all necessary participant details and to be able to allocate the requested room type. There is a reduced fee for accompanying children, depending on age (see registration form)
To register, please follow the link below. You will be directed to Austropa, an agency which will handle the conference registrations. You do not need to register again via indico.
The abstract submission however will take place via indico as usual.
Extended deadline for registration is March 8th. After that date, we have to cancel any left-over reservations in nearby hotels to avoid cancellation fees.
Note that hotel rooms in the university center will be distributed on a first-come first-serve base (42 rooms). After that, we will distribute registrants to nearby hotels (1-3min walking distance).
