The workshop fee is 400 €.
If paid early (by 15.02.2018) via bank transfer, the fee is reduced to 350 €.
For students, the early payment fee is reduced to 300 €.
The fee includes:
- the conference-kit,
- coffee breaks for all days of the workshop,
- lunches on two days plus packed lunch,
- all the social events including the conference dinner.
The fee for accompanying persons, including all social events and the conference dinner, is 100 €.

In the "reason for transfer" field, please specify:
- The code: 60500108/1
- The name of the Workshop: IWHSS18
- Your Indico Registration ID.
- Your full name.
For late registration after 15.02.2018, we accept both payment via bank transfer (as described above) or payment via cash in Euro at the registration desk. We do not accept credit cards!
Please make sure to bring your confirmation of the bank transfer for the registration on the conference site!
