Deadline for submission of papers

The deadline to send us your paper contribution will be the:

                31 December 2018

Publication of paper contributions to ICNFP 2018

Papers from both oral and poster presentations will be published in the MDPI Universe — Open Access Journal of Theoretical Physics, following a contribution peer review. A Special Issue "Selected Papers from the 7th International Conference on New Frontiers in Physics (ICNFP 2018)" is to  be released: http://www.mdpi.com/journal/universe/special_issues/ICNFP2018

The Universe Special Issue is dealing only with original articles, communications or topical reviews. Those contributions which did not obey the rules of the Universe Special issue will be published in the MDPI proceedings volume.

Please note, that upon the submission of your contribution to the Universe website you will receive a letter with payment request. We kindly ask you to ignore this and any other letter concerning fees or charges for the publication of the papers, since these are automatic system replies and they do not apply to the ICNFP participants (the cost of publication was included in the conference fee).

Detailed instructions

The LaTeX template for the paper can be found here (or there is a template on the Overleaf available: Overleaf template).

Use of the Latex template is strongly encouraged. If you plan to use MsWord (MSWord template) - please submit your paper far before the deadline.

The articles must be in 1-column style. Please make sure to read the guidelines in the MDPI Universe webpage .  Please add "On behalf of the ... Collaboration" after your name, if you present a talk from collaboration.

The recommended number of pages of the papers is 6-8 pages for parallel talks (15+5 min) or posters, 8-10 pages for long parallel talks (25+5 min), 10-12 pages for plenary talks, and 15-20 pages for lectures. If you need some more pages this is also possible.

Your contribution should be submitted to the following webpage: http://www.mdpi.com/journal/universe/special_issues/ICNFP2018 (through the "Submit to Special Issue" button in the top right of the webpage). Or, alternatively, through the following link: http://susy.mdpi.com/user/manuscripts/upload?journal=universe

You will need to register on the website to submit your contribution.

Please note, that no signed Publication Right Form is required.

Articles will undergo the review, however, the authors are expected to do a very careful English check of their text. Please also make sure that the figures are before the references.
