The shuttles for the workshop events will be provided:
Arrival day (19 June) : A bus will drive people from CERN to the venue. The meeting point is on the parking of the Globe, in front of the Building 33, Main reception at 11:15.
A taxi has been booked for a few persons upon requests and will be at the airport at 11:30, arrival part. A driver will wait with the event poster.
Departure day (21 June) : A bus will drive people from ESI to the airport and CERN.
Due to the Pope visit, the stop at the airport can be cancelled. People will have to take bus or tram.
Special transport can be organised on Thursday morning upon request from ESI to the airport.
