A limited number of rooms has been pre-booked at the CERN Hostel. To request one, please send mail to hllhc-physics.support@cern.ch indicating the precise dates. All pre-booked rooms have been assigned, please contact the Hostel directly to check for further availability.
For those in need of a CERN access card, indicate so in your registration. You will receive the relative instructions few days before the event.
Laptop registration: to have access to CERN's wireless network, access the following url:
http://cern.ch/registerVisitorComputer
and provide Angela Ricci (EP department, DI group) as contact person. We suggest you do this few days before arriving, to ensure you are connected right away upon arrival.
