Registration starts at 16:00 at Stadshuset (City hall in Sundsvall). Dinner is serverd at 18:00 where Prof. Christer Fröjd, Chariman of the scienctific committee and Peder Björk, Chairman of Sundsvall Municipal Council, welcomes you.
Monday June 25, 2018 - Social event
On Monday all participants gets a guided tour around Sundsvall stone town. The tour start at 17:30 at Quality Hotell and ends in Sunsdvall Harbor at 18:30 where you get to border Archipelago Cruise M/S Medvind for boat trip around Sundsvall. On board you will be served a dinner buffet with Swedish specialties. The boat returns to Sundsvall harbor at 22:30.
Wednesday June 27, 2018 - Conference banquet
The conference banquet will be held at Hotell Södra Berget (South mountain) that offers a specacular view over Sundsvall. Pre-booked buses will transport all participants to the conference banquet. The buses departure from the conference venue (Quality hotell) at 17:30 and 18:05. At the banquet you will enjoy a three course dinner, poster award ceremony and entertainment from the Swedish folk music band called Bottnarna. The buses will take you back to town at 22:00 and 22:35.
