Cancellations - Important: Should you need to cancel or amend your CERN Hostel booking please email: projectmanager@montecarlonet.org as soon as possible and no later than Thursday 29th March at 12:00 hours CET. For block bookings the CERN hostel now charge the full costs of any rooms cancelled within a week of the start of the block booking. If you need to cancel or amend your booking after 29th March, again please email the project manager - projectmanager@montecarlonet.org who will assist you.
On arrival at CERN:
If you have reserved hostel accommodation the key for your room will be available from the CERN Hostel Reception (Building 39) from 7.30am to 01:00am - http://gs-dep.web.cern.ch/en/CERN_Housing. If you arrive outside these hours please arrange with the CERN Hostel Reception to collect your key from the guards at Entrance B.
CERN Hostel - payment arrangements:
MCnet members please note that the CERN Hostel will require you to pay your hostel accommodation bill. You can then claim these expenses from your home node. Please confirm your attendance at this meeting in advance with your MCnet supervisor.
