Valencia city attracts tourists from all over the world. The hotels are mostly booked earlier so please take care to book your hotels as early as possible.
From the organization, we recommend the Ayre Hotel Astoria Palace and the Hotel One Shot Reina Victoria, located 5-10 minutes walking from the Fundación Bancaja. Please, at the moment of the reservation in the official website (Astoria Palace) official website (Reina Victoria) specify the next code: FORUM2018 (from June 24th to June 27th) since there are LIMITED rooms booked for the event with special price.
It is only possible to make the reservation with the code until May 25th, after that date, we cannot warrantee that the discount will be applied.
In case you cannot make the reservation in those hotels, Melia Plaza or Catalonia Excelsor are excellent alternatives.
