The workshop will take place in the Beach Hotel Cambury on the Northern Shores of São Paulo, about a two-hour drive from the international airport in Guarulhos. We negotiated a rate of R$2.500,00 (about US$780,00 or 630,00€) for six nights in a single room, 10% service fee included, with breakfast, lunch and access to all local facilities. Double rooms are also available and cost R$3,380.00. We will be able to partially contribute to your hotel expenses, the amount of which will depend on the number of participants and pending funding. We therefore urge you to register as soon as possible using the link in the menu. This will allow us to make an estimate of the local support we can provide.
On Sunday, April 29, we will provide a bus transfer from the airport to the workshop location. The bus will be scheduled to leave in the late morning. Please arrange for your flight to arrive in São Paulo before 10am and inform us of your arrival time, so we can schedule the bus accordingly. A bus will takes us back to the airport and São Paulo after lunch on Saturday, May 5. We do not expect the bus to arrive at the airport before 5pm.
