About the EM-U & our guest:
Gib Bulloch has spent his career in big corporates in the business world, most recently in Accenture. During his time in Accenture, he got the idea of setting up a unit to provide top-notch consulting to development sector organisations. The non-profit corporate social enterprise Accenture Development Partnerships became a huge success, with consultants standing in line to get to provide their services for the greater good.
Although inside of another organisation, Gib built up a new business from the very idea to implementation and success. A journey not that different from that of an entrepreneur, but embedded within the corporate engine. During the #66th EM-U we'll get to learn from Gib's experience as an intrapreneur, and get to know why he is passionate about creating a more mindful, empowered and balanced approach to the world of work.
