Arrival

— Registration is on Tuesday between 8-9 AM. The conference fee ($175) will be collected at that time. Only cash is accepted. Likewise for the conference dinner contribution if you are planning to come.

— ATMs at FNAL are located here [1] and outside FNAL here [2].

— A shuttle service is available at FNAL between 7:30AM - 4:30 PM on weekdays; just call 4225 from any phone at FNAL (or +1 630 840 4225 from outside phone) and ask for your ride.

— In the “car-sharing” mattermost channel [3] you can self-organize transportation and other practical issues. We also have created a Google Spreadsheet to exchange local information [4]

Priority will be given to students, so please indicate in your request that you are a student participating to the Double Higgs Production at Colliders workshop.

The LPC (LHC Physics Center) at Fermilab is located at the 10th and 11th floors of Wilson Hall at Fermilab, Batavia, Illinois, US.

The laboratory is open every day from 8 a.m. to 8 p.m.  To enter, you'll need an ID (passport, or for US citizens, driver's license) and the name of your destination.  The event will take place in Wilson Hall.

All participants are expected to wear event badges and restrict themselves to the meeting rooms/areas used for the workshop. For more information please consult the Fermilab Access Policy.
