Information for Presenters

Information for Oral Presentations
Oral presentations are allocated 12 minutes duration, followed by 3 minutes for questions. Invited talks are allocated 25 minutes, followed by 5 minutes for questions. Presenters are kindly requested to keep to the time limit to prevent the schedule over-running.

All speakers are required to upload their powerpoint presentation to the workshop website in advance and no later than Friday 12th April. To upload your powerpoint file please login to the workshop website* and follow the “My Conference => My Contributions” link, click on the required contribution and then click on the Presentation Materials edit icon at the bottom of the page.

Information for Poster Presentations
The poster session will be held on the afternoon of Monday 15th April. Posters should be prepared as A0 portrait size. Please bring your printed poster with you to the workshop as we are not able to print your poster for you.

Student Poster Prize
We will be awarding a prize of £75 for the best student poster. To be eligible, the poster must be prepared by a student, and presented in person by the student at the poster session. An initial assessment of the student posters will be made before the start of the workshop, therefore in order for your poster to be considered for the poster prize you are required to upload a PDF of your poster to the workshop website no later than Friday 12th April.

*Please login to the workshop website in order to upload your presentation/poster, using the login details you used to submit your abstract. Invited speakers - please email us if you do not have a website login.
