Note that the early fee can be applied only if the payment is received by 10 March 2019. After this date, the full fee applies, also for registrations made before 10 March.
Once you have registered, your registration will appear in Indico as “awaiting payment”. The status of the registration will be changed to “complete” by our administrative staff after your payment is received. Note that it may take a few days for the update of the status.
The registration fee includes the conference kit, the coffee breaks, the welcome cocktail at Teatro Regio, the conference dinner at Museo dell'Automobile, the visit to the Egyptian Museum, the excursion (with lunch-box), and the conference proceedings. The conference fee does not include the lunches.

Registration fees can be paid in advance by bank transfer or credit card, or at the conference desk by cash or by credit card.

The participant should attach the confirmation of the bank transfer to the registration form; this can be also done at the later stage by modifying the form.
To pay by credit card please fill out this PDF form, sign it and e-mail it to the DIS 2019 secretariat. We accept payment by VISA or MasterCard.
INFN fund transfer
Please note that INFN employees and associates using INFN funds must pay the fee by fund transfer between INFN sections. Please indicate this in your registration form.
