The DIS 2019 workshop hosts a number of plenary and parallel sessions. On Monday plenary sessions are foreseen with introductory/overview talks on different topics. Parallel sessions of the seven working groups listed below take place from Tuesday to Thursday. On Friday, the plenary sessions are devoted to summary talks on the working group sessions plus a few highlight talks.
