INSTRUCTIONS FOR AUTHORS
Presentations
The presentations will be archived in the Workshop’s timetable. Speakers are requested to upload their presentation in the timetable the day before their talk. Submitted material can be updated at any time.
Contributions
Chairs should summarize their session by including significant points of the discussion.
Speakers should write-up their contributions (1 paper per talk, no page limit but recommended length approx. 5 pages) by using the JACoW templates.
Paper submission
Please use the standard JACoW templates :
- Largest Preference for a LaTeX paper : http://jacow.org/Authors/LaTeX
- If this is not possible, please use this version : http://jacow.org/Authors/MSWord
Please upload the pdf and source files (e.g. as zip) in the timetable until 30.03.2019.
