A considerable number of rooms have been pre-booked at special rates in various hotels, all at a walking distance from the site of the conference (see map).
Rooms will be available until the indicated dead line, on "first come, first served" basis and should be confirmed directly by the participants. Usually a credit card number is requested as a guarantee. After the indicated dates, availability is discretional.
Confirmation of rooms should be made by contacting directly the hotels. When calling, please refer to the INFN Neutrino Telescopes Workshop.
Prices include taxes and breakfast.
Please consider an additional “local tax” (as per Italian law) which varies according to the hotel category (from 1 to 5 Euros per night, per person).
Besides the list below, consider visiting also other sites with offers of rooms, such as booking.com, trivago, etc.
Venice is a peculiar city, always full, if not overcrowded, of tourists all year long. We strongly suggest you to book your hotel the soonest possible, as it is rather difficult to find available rooms.
