Late registration (from June 1 - June 25, 2018):

Sharing(shared room): 625 Euros

Accompanying person: 350 Euros in OAC

In case you need an extra stay on Friday July 12 ,2019 to participate in the Conference excursion the cost is : 56 Euros for single room reservation and 40 Euros for sharing room reservation.
24 % VAT is not included in the registration fee. Participants from the EU can apply for reimbursement of the VAT through their local tax office.

Cancellation policy
All cancellations must be received by 31th of May 2019. Only then refunds (less a 50 € administrative fee) will be issued to the attendee. No refunds will be issued thereafter.
