Both the speakers and poster presenters are strongly encouraged to publish proceedings after the workshop.
We will be serving as editors of the proceedings and the proposed deadline for sending us the contributions is Friday March 27th, 2020.
The proceedings will be published as a CERN Yellow Report (conference proceedings series). There is considerable flexibility on the expected length of the papers, although a reasonable length would be 3-5 pages per contribution.
The JACoW templates (http://www.jacow.org/index.php?n=Authors.HomePage) should be used.
