Registration fee
If you wish to participate in the conference, you should register as soon as possible using the on-line registration form which is on this web site.
The deadline for registration is June 3, 2019.
The last day to guarantee your hotel reservation is June 3, 2019.
The conference fee for participants will be:
- $380 US if payment is completed by May 01, 2019 (CEST timezone)
- $450 US if payment is completed after May 01, 2019
The registration fee includes:
- Pick-up service from/to Quy Nhon Airport on Sunday June 23rd and Saturday June 29th
- Social activities and Banquet
For accompanying persons, fees are:
- $130 US if payment is completed by May 01, 2019
- $150 US if payment is completed after May 01, 2019
