Accepted applicants will be asked to pay 680 USD to cover school expenses. Note, this standard fee is valid until August 15, and it will be 750 USD if paid after this date. The fee will cover local accommodation in shared rooms (two persons a hotel room), meals (breakfasts, lunches and dinners), venue (coffee breaks, excursion, transportation from hotel to ICISE, ...), transfer from/to airport expenses. A small number of bursaries to cover the local expenses are available for students in need. Travel expenses to Quy Nhon are not covered. PhD students who wish to attend should fill out the registration form and ask their supervisors to send a letter of recommendation based on which we will select students. This letter should be sent directly by email to mcnet.icise2019@gmail.com in good time before the registration deadline. If a bursary is requested, the letter must explain the financial situation.
