Association culturelle née en septembre 2016, l'Ensemble s’est donné pour mission de remonter aux origines des choses, pour découvrir le point de convergence qui rapproche des domaines apparemment éloignés.
Au coeur de l’équipe, deux artistes, le compositeur romand Alexandre Traube et la video-performer genevoise Silvia Fabiani, qui collaborent étroitement depuis 2012. En 2017, l’association produit le spectacle musical et multimédia Rose incandescente, qui remporte un grand succès auprès du public du Festival Agapé de Genève ainsi qu’aux pres
tigieux Jardins musicaux de Cernier. L’objectif de cette première production était d’instaurer un dialogue entre Orient et Occident, entre présent et tradition, à travers la création artistique.
Avec Subatomic Desire (leur projet pour 2018-2019), Les Atomes dansants abordent le lien entre culture artistique et monde scientifique.
As a cultural association born in September 2016, the Ensemble's mission is to go back to the origins of things, to discover the point of convergence that brings together seemingly distant domains.
At the heart of the team, two artists, the composer Romand Alexandre Traube and Swiss video-performer Silvia Fabiani, who have been working closely since 2012. In 2017, the association produces the musical and multimedia show Rose incandescente, which is a great success to the public of the Agapé Festival of Geneva as well as the prestigious Cernier Musical Gardens. The objective of this first production was to establish a dialogue between East and West, between present and tradition, through artistic creation.
With Subatomic Desire, Les Atomes Dansants tackles the link between artistic culture and the scientific world.
