Please note that some rooms (twin, CHF 64.-) have been booked at the CERN Hostel for the review. If you wish to stay at the CERN Hostel during this period, please download and complete the booking form (Form) and return it to housing.service@cern.ch by 21st July 2019. Send an email to Elodie.Kurzen@cern.ch if you have issues accessing the form.
Bookings requests will be treated according to the availability on the group booking. If all the pre-booked rooms have been used, booking requests will be treated according to the CERN Hotel availability.
A financial guaranty is necessary to secure your reservation and will be used in case of late cancellation or no-show. To guarantee your booking, please call the hostel at +41 22 767 44 81 with your credit card details. The financial guaranty is not charged at the time of reservation. Payment shall be made upon arrival at or departure from the CERN Hotel.
Block Reservation Cancellation/Modification Policy

Cancellation and modification is accepted free of charge until 14:00 (CET) 2 days before the foreseen day of arrival.

Reduction of length of stay is accepted free of charge until 12:00 (CET) on the day of departure.

In case of no-show the first night of the reservation is charged at 100% to the supplied means of financial guaranty. The rest of the stay is automatically cancelled by 12:00 (CET) on the day following the no-show.
