The IRIS-HEP Retreat will take place at the CDF building at Fermilab. You should be able to find this by searching for "CDF Big Room" (or longer version "CDF Big Room, Road D, Warrenville, IL") in Google Maps. The building is at the far end of the parking lot from the IARC. Relevant images:
