FEES & PAYMENT
The fee covers the accommodation, breakfasts, lunches, coffee breaks, from Monday afternoon 25 May to Sunday 7 June before noon, as well as all organized social events (banquet, excursion, movie night). It does NOT include travel expenses
ONLY if you have received an acceptance Letter, you will be required to pay the Registration fee.
- Payment before March, 1st, Single room at 2500 CHF per person
- Payment before March, 1st, Shared twin room at 2000 CHF per person
- Payment before March, 1st, Local student at 900 CHF (This includes all services offered to the other students except a room, breakfast and evening meal and all social events)
- Payment between March, 1st - April 15th, Single room at 2800 CHF per person
- Payment between March, 1st - April 15th , Shared twin room at 2300 CHF per person
- Payment between March, 1st - April 15th, Local student at 1200 CHF (This includes all services offered to the other students except a room, breakfast and evening meal and all social events)
The prices indicated are those called “early payment”, which means for payment being issued to CERN before March the 1st 2020. The date, when the money was sent to CERN will be taken as reference, not when CERN receives the money.
If you have received an acceptance Letter and depending on the option you have chosen at the registration, you will be required to pay the Registration fee. These payment deadlines are very important, since not having paid by the indicated dates, ** you may be excluded to participate at the school **. Please start the payment process at your home institute very early, according to our experience this always takes more time than anticipated.
