By Plane

If you arrive in Torino by plane you can reach the center of the city (Porta Nuova train station) by bus using the SADEM company which rides every 15-30 minutes from the airport to the center of the city. The ride takes about 45 minutes from the airport to the center, depending on traffic.

The price is 7 Euro if you buy the ticket at the ticket machine or at kiosk in the arrival lobby, or 8 Euro if you buy it on the bus (exclusively only when the ticket shop is closed). Once you arrive in Porta Nuova Station you can follow the instruction in "By Train" section.
Alternatively, you can take a taxi which costs about 35 Euro.

If you arrive in Milano by plane you can reach Torino by bus using again the SADEM company https://torino.arriva.it/en/airport-line-torino-malpensa-airport/. The ride takes about 2 hours and costs 22 Euro. Alternatively, you can reach Torino from the Milano Centrale train station with a Freccia Rossa train, which takes about 1 hour. By Train

From Torino Porta Nuova train Station you can take a taxi or just walk to the Conference place. It’s 15-20 minutes walking distance.

If you arrive by train at Porta Susa station take the subway in direction Lingotto and get off at Porta Nuova Station (3rd station from Porta Susa). The ticket costs 1.70 Euro.

By Car or Bus From CERN

Torino is quite close to CERN. By car it can be reached in about 3 hours and a half. Alternatively, it can be reached by bus using the FLIXBUS company from Geneva https://global.flixbus.com in about 4 hours.
