Please, upload the final version of the slides on the indico page 1 hour before the beginning of the session, in order to reduce the dead times and to make it easier for the participants to follow the talks.
Speakers giving their talk in person in Turin
The conference room is equipped with PCs using the Windows operating system for the projection of the slides. Slides should therefore be prepared in PDF format and preferentially with 16/9 aspect ratio.
Please, contact us in case you have special needs for your presentation, which require a format different from PDF.
Speakers giving their talk remotely
The Zoom application will be used for the conference. The preferred mode for the presentation is that the speaker will share the slides from his/her PC. We suggest to stick to the 16/9 format.
