The 2022 Asia-Europe-Pacific School of High-Energy Physics (AEPSHEP 2022) is being organised by a team of local organizers from institutes in Korea, with assistance from the International Organising Committee.
The School will be held in Korea 5 - 18 October 2022.
Students should aim to arrive on Wednesday 5 October and leave on Tuesday 18 October. The tuition (lectures, and other parts of the official programme) will take place from 6 October to 17 October inclusive. We will be accommodated at the Alpensia Resort, situated approximately 3 hours by bus from Incheon international airport (ICN) near Seoul. All of the lectures will take place in the conference facilities of the hotel.
Personal contacts and informal discussions among the participants during leisure time are an important aspect of the School. For this reason, participants are asked to note that they should not be accompanied by family members or friends.
The working language of the School will be English. Participants must therefore have a good understanding of English to enable them to benefit from the School.
