Poster Session Information

 

Poster Session - Sunday 9th October

All students are encouraged to present their current research work in the context of a special poster session that is planned for Sunday 9 October.
These posters should be prepared before arriving at the School since we will not have facilities for printing them locally. It is recommended that you prepare your posters in A1 portrait format, although other formats will be allowed subject to the available space. There is no need to frame the posters since it is planned to attach them to walls or display panels using adhesive tape or putty.

Please note that you should check if there are rules in your Collaboration on the material that can be presented on posters. For your convenience, some guidelines are collected here:

ATLAS - Please consult the Instructions. Briefly, you must follow the guidelines and get approval of your poster from the ATLAS Team Leader in your home institute; the poster should then be uploaded to the INDICO agenda page given below, and a mail should be sent by your Team Leader to atlas-phys-national-talks@cern.ch asking for approval by Physics Coordination; the poster must be uploaded at least 10 days prior to the poster session. Please upload your poster for approval by 25 September at the very latest so that you can get approval and then print the poster before traveling to the School. CMS - Please consult the Instructions for preparing posters at international Schools. The CINCO page for poster approval for AEPSHEP2022 can be found at this link. Please upload your poster here at least 10 days before the start of the school (25 September) so that you can get approval and print the poster before traveling to the school.
