For those coming in person to Bristol, there is an additional £210 fee to cover lunches, coffees, and social events. The Payment System for this part has now been established, though the in-person fee does not have to be paid until arrival. Accommodation is not included in your registration fee and attendees are expected make their own arrangements. There is an offer in collaboration with our venue, where rooms (while available) can be provided for the following costs per night:

The social event on Wednesday consists of a boat tour on Bristol Harbour, and dinner at the Olive Shed. Further details about the social events may be found in the timetable. We will post details regarding meeting points there, shortly.
