Please read the following important details first:
In order to accommodate both in-person and remote attendees, we need excellent A/V equipment to capture the discussion in the room for those connected online. This results in substantial fixed costs which we cannot reliably (given the travel uncertainty) and fairly cover with in-person fees only. For that reason, there is a fee of £50, payable at the time of registration, for all registrants (including online-only attendees).**
**The aforementioned fee will be waived for all students. We also have limited resources to fund some participants, with preference to researchers with no support. Students and those who may need support to attend should contact the local organizing committee as soon as possible, and wait for further instructions before making any payments.
After completing this form, you will receive an email saying "your registration...has been received" but this does not confirm your registration. The relevant payment(s) must be made in the Bristol Online Shop. For quick identification please use the same name and email address that you use to register here.
Once the payment has been made, within 72 hours (likely sooner) you will receive an email stating "Your registration...is now completed." Also, your name will appear on the Participant List. Please contact the organizers if these have not occurred.
The Registration+Payment Deadline for this workshop is Friday September 3.
For those coming to Bristol, there is an additional £210 fee to cover lunches, coffees, and the social event. Payment for this part will be accepted all the way up until your arrival in Bristol. The questions regarding local attendance (below) are for survey/preparation purposes only. You will confirm your local attendance by making your additional £210 payment here.
