Early and late registration fees are 1800 and 2200 CHF, respectively, The fee covers: lodging, transport from the airport, course, lunches, coffee breaks, dinners and social program.
Deadline for Early Registration Payment: 30/06/2023
After the deadline, your registration will be automatically cancelled and if you're still interested in following the course the late registration will be open. You are required to pay the registration fee only after receiving the participation confirmation email.
There are two possible main payment options:
- Payment by Credit card: the cost of transaction will be added to the registration fee (2.5% of the transaction for payments by Mastercard or Visa, and 3.7% for American Express).
- Payment by Bank transfer: the bank account details for the registration payment by bank transfer is provided below. Please, mention RADSCHOOL-ERICE2023 in the name or in the comments section of your transfer so we can identify your payment. Additionally, send us the proof of payment.
For invoice issue (only available for Bank Transfer and paid by the Institute), you are kindly asked to inform us BEFORE the payment of your registration fee by sending an email to radschool-erice-admin@cern.ch with the title "[INVOICE REQUEST] <Your Name>". In the body of your email, provide your name, your institution's name and address and the VAT number.
Notice that invoice can only be issued to Institutes. For personal payments, only a receipt can be provided. Do not hesitate to contact us, if further information is needed.
