Cancellation Policy

All refunds requests must be in writing by mail to the Conference Secretary (radschool-erice-admin@cern.ch) as soon as possible.

For cancellations :

• until July 1st: 80% of the fee will be refunded.
• from July 2nd to September 23rd: 50%.
• from September 24th onwards: no refund.
