General information
The conference will be held at the Aquabella hotel at Aix-en-Provence downtown, from the 5th of June 2023 at noon to the 9th of June 2023 2 pm.
The number of participants is limited to 70.
The conference fee is 500 € which includes the 5 lunches, the visit to the center of CEA Cadarache (for those interested), the conference dinner (see the Social events pages for more information), and the proceedings of the conference. An extra 40 € is requested per accompanying person attending the conference dinner. The payment should be done through bank transfer (see the Payment page for more details).
Presentations are set to 30' (regular talks) or 40' (invited talks), with discussion included.
