Announcement Bulletin

We are pleased to announce that the 14th International Workshop on Top Quark Physics (TOP 2021) will take place 13-17 September 2021. This year's version is an on-line conference hosted by the Michigan State University with support from North American Universities.

Following the long tradition of the workshop series, the 2021 edition will be dedicated to an overview of the most recent experimental measurements at the Large Hadron Collider (LHC) and latest theoretical developments in top quark physics. Please visit the workshop webpage

for information about the meeting. Registration is open and will close on the 6th of  September. It is free of charge and will allow registrants to participate in discussion during the talks. Please register, as that helps us plan for the appropriate IT support.

The conference begins with a keynote talk by Andrea Wulzer (University of Padua), and ends with experimental and theoretical summaries by Maria Aldaya (DESY Hamburg)  and Doreen Wackeroth (University at Buffalo). We will also have an additional presentation by Gianluigi Arduini (CERN) on “Preparations for Run 3 of the LHC”. The main program consists of plenary talks by theorists and experimentalists alike, as well as a half-day theoretical topical mini-workshop, which this year is going to cover “Top quark physics at Future Colliders”.

Young scientists are especially encouraged to participate, and there will be a block of short plenary talks allowing them to present their work. In addition to the traditional contributions from experimentalists, there will also be a selected number of theoretical talks in this year’s Young Scientist Forum.  Abstracts for these theory talks can be submitted by email to: top2021@msu.edu until the end of June. We ask that senior scientists alert their younger colleagues to this opportunity. Furthermore, we will have an online Poster Session. Details for this event are provided on the workshop webpage.
