The Conference Venue will be held in the conference center of Hotel Palace. We reached an agreement with a few hotels to accomodate the participants at a reduced fare. Here is the map with the hotels location.

Room booking at reduced fare can be handled by the local organizing committee and the choice of the hotel can be done in the registration form. The number of rooms at reduced fare is limited and they will be allocated on the basis of first come, first serve.
The deadline for booking the hotel through the organization is 26 September 2010, all the requests after the deadline cannot be guaranteed.
Reservations can be cancelled without fee up to one week prior to the conference.
