The "in-person" component of the workshop will take place at the Schlosspark Business Hotel in Mauerbach.
We have pre-booked 30 rooms (Deluxe Doppel-Zimmer), on a first come first serve basis, at the rate of 159.00 EUR per night, including breakfast and dinner. Lunch and coffee breaks will be offered as part of the conference. Rooms can be booked directly by the participants using the booking code "BelleII" (email: info@imschlosspark.at). We recommend registrants who plan to participate in-person to book the rooms as soon as possible, and for international participants to consider booking also an international travel insurance.
In the event of an increase of coronavirus infections in Austria, should the workshop be forbidden to take place in-person, all costs will be reimbursed according to a cancellation policy* offered by the Hotel. Alternatively, should any event prevent a participant from reaching the venue (new inconvenient quarantine rules being introduced, closing of borders, etc.) an international travel insurance can cover all the costs. An example of travel insurance can be found here, offered at a general cost of ~25 EUR.
