Anyone who requires a visa to enter Denmark must visit the page of your local Denmark embassy or consulate for updated information on visa applications.
An invitation letter for a visa application for participating in the conference will be provided upon request by email to: IS2023-information@cern.ch. Please add the registration ID in the email title. For the request for an invitation letter, you are not required to have a complete registration (payment can be made later). For the invitation letter, please also provide your postal address following the format:
