The poster session, together with the conference reception, will be held at Københavns Universitetsbibliotek Nord (Nørre Allé 49, 2200 København).
The session is from 7-9 PM on June 19th (please ignore the time assigned to your contribution in the timetable).
The poster should be size A0. Due to the limited space, only a confirmed poster presenter can be presented (with email confirmation). The presenters are expected to bring their own printed posters to the conference, as it takes 1-3 days for a local printing company to print the poster, which will likely delay your contribution.
