Presentations
The presentations will be archived in the Workshop’s timetable. Speakers are requested to upload their presentation in the timetable the day before their talk. Submitted material can be updated at any time.
Contributions
Chairs and Scientific Secretaries should summarize their session by including significant points of the discussion (no separate discussion paper).
Speakers should write-up their contributions (1 paper per talk, no page limit but recommended length approx. 5 pages) by using the JACoW templates.
Paper submission
All papers (format ps and word or LATeX with images, no pdf files) are to be uploaded directly in the indico timetable by 15th July 2020 at the latest.
The final proceedings will be made available via the web and as a printed report in black and white. Therefore it is recommended to avoid color codes!
