The discussion meeting is devoted  to discission on the  determination of the effective range for the $X(3872)$ state and related items. 

The story initiated  in arXiv:2108.11413  publication and subsequent discussion during $T_{cc}^{+}$ miniworkshop  followed by arXiv:2110.07484
