The Nuclear and Plasma Sciences Society (NPSS) is currently running a program to promote attendance and participation in NPSS conferences, workshops and schools for students and early career professionals from around the world.
Award:
A "credit" for payment in full for one RT2022 registration fee.
Eligibility:
Applicants must be a graduate student, Post Doc or research associate within 10 years of his or her last degree.
Criteria and Application:
Eligible individuals who find themselves in a position of financial hardship with respect to participating in RT2022 should first register for the conference (and skip the payment step), then send an email to rt2022@jlab.org with the subject line "NPSS Conference Credit". It should have your Registration ID # and your current status (i.e. Student, post, doc etc...). In a brief statement please explain your need for financial assistance (e.g. Institution will not pay for my registration" or "I work in a low income country as defined by IEEE").
Deadline:
All requests for Conference Credits must be made to the organizers by the Early Registration deadline (July 1).
