The Local Organizing Committee is pleased to announce that the following social events have been organized. They are all kindly offered to the participants of the Workshop.
Welcome Reception: Monday, February 13th - Caffè Pedrocchi - 19:30
A welcome reception will be offered on Monday 13th February at "Caffè Pedrocchi" an historical cafè located in the heart of Padova. The place is 10 minutes walking distance from the workshop venue.
Some drinks, some local bites and, mostly, a friendly environment where to gather with colleagues and spend a few hours in pleasant conversations.
CLASH pizza: Tuesday, February 14th - Pizzeria "Agli Eremitani" - 20:00
Thanks to extra funds from the CLASH project we are happy to offer you an informal dinner at the Pizzeria Agli Eremitani (see below address and map) on Tuesday evening. Those willing to join this event should fill the dedicated survey.
Social Dinner: Wednesday February 15th - Antico Brolo - 20:00
A social dinner will be offered on Wednesday 15th February at Antico Brolo restaurant, which is at walking distance from the workshop venue (see below address and map).
Cultural Visit: Thursday, February 16th - Museo della Fisica "G. Poleni" - 17:30
The visit is offered by the Local Organizing Committee and is a very interesting occasion to see some of the most ancient instruments used for experimental physics in Padova as well as some extraordinary samples of the most recent researchers carried out by students and researchers in Padova.
