The abstracts (not exceeding 1200 characters including spaces) should be submitted using SPMS, after having created an account here. The creation of a new account is not needed if one already has a JACoW account.
The opening date for the abstract submission is 3rd of April 2023 and submission will be accepted through 15th of July. Please, note: the submission date has be extended through 4th of August.
The abstracts should be submitted specifying the working group. The abstracts will be approved by the appropriate working group conveners and communication will be given to the submitting author.
The default presentation mode is poster, with a possibility of upgrading to contributed talk following a decision of the appropriate working group conveners.
The process of abstract approval and assignment of presentation mode will be completed by 15th of August.
Submission of an abstract via SPMS does not automatically imply a registration to the workshop. Workshop participants must register separately following the procedure under this link.
For each abstract, the presenter must register to the workshop.
The registration deadline is the 15th of September.
