Proceedings submission
1) We request the following groups of presenters to submit proceedings: Plenary speakers (6 page maximum), Parallel speakers (4 page maximum), Flash talk speakers (4 page maximum). We unfortunately cannot accept proceedings for posters that were not awarded a flash talk.
2) Please upload the pdf of the completed article via Indico at Submit proceedings. You must be logged into indico to do so. That link contains EPJ style latex files that must be used to create the pdf that will be submitted. Please use a single column layout. Other pdf guidelines from the publisher are also listed.
3) Once the proceedings are submitted, the following copyright form must signed and uploaded here. Please use include your first and last names in the file name i.e. Joe_Bloggs.pdf
4) The submission deadline is December 15th, 2023.
Proceedings viewing
1) The proceedings will be published online at the EPJ’s website. We will notify all QM participants when they are published and ready to view.
2) We will have a limited number of hard copy proceedings available to participants free of charge. If you would like to receive a hard copy, please send your name and exact mailing address to qm2023@uh.edu with the header “QM proceedings” by November 1st, 2023.
