Welcome to the registration form of the GIREP-EPEC 2025 Leiden conference.
To register to the GIREP 2025 conference, you will need a lightweight account in Indico. If you do not have one, please go to https://account.cern.ch/account/ and create one. You may already have one, for example because of attending an earlier GIREP-conference.
Once you have a lightweight account, please sign in to the Indico system at https://indico.cern.ch/. Choose the "External email - Guest access" option.
Below, enter your personal information and select all options that apply to you in the form below. The confirmation and the information for the payment will be sent to you via email.
Payments need to be done via the Leiden PayLogic system. You will find a link to PayLogic in an email from girep2025@physics.leidenuniv.nl after you have finalized your registration here in Indico. Check your spamfolder if you didn't receive the email or else email us.
The timing of your payment decides whether you are an early bird, regular, or late registrant. Once your payment has been received we will approve your registration.
Be aware that speakers at the conference need to be GIREP-members. Becoming a GIREP-member will save you money immediately: Information on GIREP-membership.
