The registration fees are in Euro and include conference registration, accommodation including full board, coffee breaks, a conference folder, welcome reception, conference dinner and bus transfers from Innsbruck to Obergurgl on the first day and back to Innsbruck on the last day.
The fees are:
- Category 1 (single room) 1290.00 Euro
- Category 2 (half double room with a colleague or accompanying person) 1040.00 Euro
- Category 3 (accompanying person) 1040.00 Euro
This includes accommodation from 26th of March (arrival)- 31th of March (departure).

Due to the limited amount of rooms for single occupancy, we request young scientists to register fo category 2.
Note: for Category 2, the colleague who shares the room with you should be registered as well in order to have all necessary participant details and to be able to allocate the requested room type. There is a reduced fee for accompanying persons.

You will be directed to the Austropa Interconvention pages, which will handle the conference registrations and payment. Registration is only finished after payment.
You do not need to register again via indico for participation.
The abstract submission, however, will take place via indico as usual, and needs to be done in addition.

Cancellation policy
Cancellation before February 26th is possible; However, a cancellation fee of 20% will be charged. After the 26th of February, the cancellation will not be possible, and registered participants will be charged the full fee.
